INDIVIDUAL SESSION
For the woman who is ready to reconnect to herself and her inner voice. To move through life with more clarity, softness and trust.
If you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, drained or stuck in your head and overthinking everything, this space is for you.
When we work together you will begin to feel:

How it works?
My sessions combine different elements that support you on a physical, emotional and energetic level:

Each session is intuitive and guided by what is present for you in the moment.
Sessions are available online (60 min) or in person (90 min).

group ceremonies
Cacao has traditionally been shared in community as a way to come together, open the heart and connect more deeply with ourselves, with each other and with the divine in all of life.
In this ceremony, we work with cacao as a heart medicine and a reminder of the wisdom we carry inside of us, as well as a reminder of how nourishing it is to come together in community with shared intentions.
Within a small, intentional circle, we journey together through a guided ceremony with various instruments, an inner shamanic journey, and sound healing for integration. What often emerges is a shared sense of bliss, openness to life, and a deep connection to your heart.
I keep these circles intentionally small to ensure a safe, grounded and intimate space where you can fully arrive as you are.
COLLABORATIONS
One of my greatest passions is weaving cacao into different spaces. From retreats and festivals to workshops and even corporate settings. Cacao carries the power to open hearts, create connection and invite a sense of presence that stays long after the experience.
My ceremonies always include sound journeys using medicine songs, tuning forks and various instruments. The soundscape deepens the process, supports relaxation, and allows participants to move beyond the mind into a more embodied and cohesive state.
